Cat Drawing Guide
Step 1: Basic Shapes
First, we will lightly sketch a large vertical oval for the body and place a smaller circle right on top for the head.
Step 2: Ears and Back
Next, we will add two small triangles on the head for the ears and draw a smooth curved line to shape the back.
Step 3: Drawing the Paws
Now, let’s sketch long, slender ovals at the front for the forelegs and a soft half-circle on the side for the hind leg.
Step 4: Tail Outline
We will draw a long, elegant tail that gently curves upwards from the bottom of the cat’s body.
Step 5: Facial Features
Let’s add the face by placing two simple dots for the eyes, a tiny triangle nose, and two small curves for a happy smile.
Step 6: Final Details
Now we will add cute whiskers to the cheeks and use fine lines to separate the little toes on each paw.
Step 7: Clean Outline
We will carefully trace the final silhouette and erase all the internal overlapping guidelines to clean up our artwork.
Step 8: Finished Masterpiece
